As a Marketing Manager I ran all of their social media, email marketing and ads. I created marketing + merchandising plans for their vendors and developed sponsor packages.
As their Operations + Executive Assistant I supported the Operations Manager and CEO with task management systems, SOP creation, calendar management, uploading course materials, new program launch scheduling, implementation + support, client management, landing page creation, workflow automatons, appointment setting, team member collaboration, travel arrangements and so much more.
